Q: What is your rain policy?

A: Add a 10x20 tent covering for an additional $100, Your choice of a rain date (depending on availability), or cancel and lose your security deposit but have the option to put towards a rental in the future.​

Q: Is setup and delivery included in the price?

A: The setup fee is included in the final quote. However we will charge a travel fee in addition to the total, as listed on the home page.

Q: Do you charge an outdoor setup fee for soft play setups?

A: Yes there is an additional charge of $25 for setting up soft play rentals outdoor

Q: How long do we have the rental items for?

A: All rentals are available to you for the entirety of your event. Some rental items may be setup the day before and broken down the day after your event.
